Project Type: Construction of three separate glass partitioned offices in black aluminium framing, a custom made kitchen cabinetry unit and two intertenancy walls.

Project Brief: Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics engaged us to design & construct three separate full height glass to ceiling partitioned offices with full height solid core timber MDF doors and painting works of their Sydney warehouse. We also replaced the existing kitchen and installed a new custom made joinery kitchen unit which was installed with minimal disruption to the office environment

Office Strip Out, Refurbishment and Make Good project.

Project Type: Complete office strip out and make good project of two floors in Frenchs Forest with a conversion of the ground floor to a high clearance warehouse/factory to allow forklift access.

Project Brief: DY Constructions were engaged by the landlords to perform a complete stripout and make good of two floors within a tight deadline which included demolition of partitioning, demolition of two server rooms, removal of furniture, make good to carpets and ceilings, demolition of suspended ceiling, complete internal re-painting and electrical works. As part of the works, we altered the essential services on the ground floor to allow high clearance forklift access and to increase the natural light to the floor.

Project Result: We completed the project on time, within budget and to a high quality which allowed the landlord to offer the property to a larger range of prospective clients. The client was very happy with the works completed and was impressed by our ability to complete the project within the required timeframe.

Two Floor Office Partitioning Project.

Project Type: Two floor office partitioning project. Supply and installation of new partitioning including full height plasterboard and plasterboard to 1500mm with glass above, plasterboard to 1200mm with 300mm glass above to create new office spaces including installation of glass and doors and all painting of the new partitions and doors.

Project Brief: The client was relocating to new offices and needed to fitout over two floors to separate different office spaces. They wanted a combination of full height plasterboard and part glass part plasterboard & full height glass partitions. They had a set move in date which the works needed to be completed by.

Project Result: The client was very happy with the completion of the works, noting that the fitout was completed on time, allowing them plenty of time to prepare for their move.

Office Requirements: DY Constructions Australia required an office that was located centrally in the Greater Sydney area to operate their design and construct office fitout business.

Project Brief: Fitout of new commercial offices including reception with a waiting area for clients, new meeting room, new kitchen and lunch room, new storage room, new server cupboard and new executive offices for staff. The design required new office partitioning both glass and plasterboard, new full height doors, new carpet tiles, electrical and data services and new office furniture.

Fitout Details: The fitout was organised by DY Construction Australia’s team of designers and project managers and built our own trades team of carpenters, plasterers and painters. The reception desk was supplied by Ideal Office Furniture, signage was supplied by Premier Tint and storage cupboards/credenza was supplied by YongDe Partitions.

Project Type: Repainting of various areas internal and external, front of house and back of house.

Project Brief: The client required painting to the kitchen area, the external drive through bulkhead and various doors throughout the store and back of house. All colours were to match the existing on site.

Project Result: The works were carried out at times that suited the client to avoid peak trade periods of the store. All existing furniture and finishes were protected during the works so that the final result achieved was pleasing to the client.

Project Description

Office Refurbishment and Workstation Relocation project.

Project Type: Relocation and reassembly of existing workstations, including all make good and repainting works as required, within a commercial office building.

Project Brief: The client wanted aluminium framed workstations to be relocated, including cutting down desktops to suit the new layout. The client asked for all works to be done outside normal office hours. As part of the works, existing built in cabinets needed to be altered, and make good and repainting of existing walls were required.

Project Result: All works were undertaken outside of normal business hours, so as not to inconvenience the office staff. Plastic protection was used so existing desks and computers were kept clean during the works. Upon completion of the works all rubbish and left over materials were removed from site, and a full trade clean undertaken.

Project Type: Supply and installation of new partitioning both full height plasterboard and plasterboard to 1000mm with glass above, to create new office spaces including installation of glass and doors and all painting of the new partitions and doors.

Project Brief: The client wanted new partitions to section off separate office spaces. The client wanted partitions to be half glass to allow light to flow into the offices.
