Building New Offices in Warehouses and Factories

Supply and installation of new offices in factories and warehouses, to accommodate warehouse managers, line managers, production teams or other office staff. The new offices can be either single-storey, or double-storey, and can be supplied with all fixtures and fittings to suit your requirements

  • The warehouse offices can be fitted out in an open space concept to create a sleek modern look for your business, or with traditional enclosed offices which can offer more privacy for management staff.
  • Enclosed offices in warehouses or factories can be soundproofed, where there is excessive noise from machinery and forklifts.
  • The perimeter partitions on the outside of the offices can have windows that are double glazed for soundproofing. Windows create a vantage point with clear vision over the warehouse, enabling managers to easily oversee warehouse operations.
  • Floorcoverings for your Factory Fitout are installed in the new offices, in either carpet tiles, vinyl or timber laminate finish.
  • The new offices have suspended ceilings in either plasterboard or drop in tiles, and thermal insulation on top of the ceiling is supplied where new air conditioning is being installed.
  • The new offices for your Factory Fitout can be fitted with new furniture, including workstations, storage cupboards, meeting room tables, custom joinery, shelving systems, whiteboards, pinboards, and office seating.

New Warehouse Mezzanine Floors

  • We supply and install new mezzanine floors in structural steel, customised to suit your warehouse or factory.
  • When utilising a mezzanine floor to create extra office space, the offices can either be placed under the floor, with the first floor used for storage. Or alternatively, the new office space could be situated on the mezzanine whilst maintaining the ground floor for storage production.
  • If part of the new mezzanine floor needs to be accessible for pallet deliveries by a forklift, we can supply either a sliding gate, or rollover gate, to the edge of the floor.
  • If you need new office workspace on top of the mezzanine floor, we can supply all the interior fitout works that are required, including partitions, joinery, workstations, furniture, painting and new floorcoverings.
  • The mezzanine for your Factory Fitout can be built complete with all fixtures & fittings, and adjustments to essential services including air conditioning, fire protection, plumbing and electrical services.

Commercial Toilet Warehouse Renovations

Linemarking and Safety Bollards for Business Parks

We supply and install all types of warehouse and factory line marking services, which can define the boundaries for forklift and industrial vehicle movements, and separate pedestrian traffic, whether inside the factory/warehouse or in the external car park.

  • Repairs to existing concrete floors before new coatings are laid, including floor cracks, exposed aggregate, flaking or crumbling, edge chipping, epoxy repairs, and control joint rebuilding.
  • Repairs after removal of steel racking, to either grind off or remove dyna bolts in the floor, and patch the bolt holes with a commercial concrete filler.
  • Levelling of uneven warehouse concrete floors, by either cement screed, epoxy screed, or self levelling epoxy.
  • Clean and Degrease Existing Warehouse concrete Floors.
  • Sealing of warehouse concrete floors, by applying a single pack compound over the clean concrete surface.
  • Concrete floor finishing for Warehouse Fitouts including grinding, and mechanical polishing, for high quality interior finish.
  • Epoxy coating of warehouse concrete floors with vehicle trafficable Non-Slip P3 Rating.
  • Supply anti graffiti wall coatings to warehouse walls, in either solvent or water based forms. Anti graffiti coatings stop graffiti from permanently adhering to walls, so it can be removed more efficiently.

Industrial Cleaning of Factories and Warehouses

Whether you are relocating to a new warehouse, or you need an end-of-lease make-good project, we can help with all your factory cleaning and rubbish removal requirements.

  • Industrial cleaning and rubbish removal, including removal of all unwanted items including racking, steel storage units, pallets, partitions, furniture and general warehouse equipment. We remove all rubbish, and we allow to recycle as much as possible of the materials left over, including aluminium, plasterboard, ceiling tiles, furniture, workstations, wood, glass, and steel.
  • Cleaning of factory and warehouse common areas, such as carpet, vinyl, timber, or tiles, including walkways, kitchens, canteens, bathrooms, storerooms and change rooms.
  • Pressure washing of concrete floors to remove dust, dirt, liquid, and chemical spills. If required, high pressure cleaning can include appropriate cleaning fluids, mould-inhibiting treatments, and where required acid for surface etching.
  • High pressure cleaning of warehouse and factory walls, with both hot and cold water, to remove tough stains from brickwork, blockwork, or concrete, including removal of marks, spills, and stains.
  • Remove tyre marks on factory and warehouse floors that come from vehicles, like cars, trucks, and forklifts, using the latest cleaning systems, and if required, biodegradable cleaning solutions.
  • Industrial cleaning of factory and warehouse floors, using ride-on sweep and scrub machines, to remove tough stains from concrete floors, using tough scrubbing brushes and high-pressure water.
  • We clean large open warehouses and car parks with pressure washing sweep and scrub trucks, for both hard surface floor areas, and sealed surface floors areas.
