Managing Director

Dmitri has over 25 years of experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction in Sydney. Dmitri has a Full Builders License as he has had experience in all areas of the Construction Industry, including Interior Fit Out. He has been responsible for the completion of numerous Office Fit Out projects in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, that have been completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality. 

Dmitri has been working in the office fit out industry for over 25 years, and started his own company in 2003 completing all types of building and construction works, including fitout, office building refurbishments, tenancy makegoods, office strip outs and retrofits, base building refurbs and building maintenance. In 2016, the fit out and refurbishment division of DY Constructions Australia was launched, which assists companies with all their office fit out and refurbishment needs.

Dmitri always likes to add his personal touch to each client’s project and values long-term relationships with all clients.

Jason is responsible for managing Fitouts and Refurbishment Projects through the entire project cycle, from design concept through to completion; managing and fostering client relationships, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations, reducing exposure to risk and managing all facets of the project. As a Senior Project Manager, Jason is involved in and oversees all aspects of the project including design, approvals, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, onsite WHS, engagement and coordination of related subcontractors and suppliers. From the initial site meeting through to final handover, Jason takes a personal interest in each client to ensure their expectations are met throughout the project. Jason values long term partnerships with all clients and enduring relationships.

Kathryn is an experienced Senior Accounts and Administration Manager, with a background in customer service.
With her excellent communication and organisational skills, Kath manages all the office operations of the company in Sydney, to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the fit out operations to function properly. Experienced in all administration procedures including client liaison, sales support, programming of installations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, she maintains a high level of customer satisfaction with all clients and takes a sincere interest in each client to ensure that each client is happy with the outcome of their fit out.

Mark is one of our project managers responsible for delivering fit out and refurbishment projects that achieve a high standard of quality that meets clients’ expectations. Mark started his career working with the construction team on site, gaining first-hand knowledge in the field of on site operations on a variety of different projects including office fit-outs, refurbishments, make goods, relocations and much more, as well as trade and supervision duties. Mark’s experience and enthusiasm are translated into each project he works on by ensuring that time and budget goals are achieved in the most efficient way possible while developing valuable relationships with each client.

Ivan’s has a background in the fitout and construction industry, both in project management and previously as a tradesman. He is involved in all aspects of the office design and fit-out process, including meeting with clients at their office, understanding their needs, CAD design, estimating the project, creating the proposal, and after sales service. Ivan also manages office fitout projects throughout Sydney and country NSW. Ivan’s positive and charming personality and attention to detail is evident in all that he does, and will help your fitout run smoothly from start to finish. Ally can help with all of your office fitout enquiries, including interior design, office fitouts, whether you are relocating to a new office or refurbishing your existing office. Ally loves promoting fitout services to clients with commercial offices throughout Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. She also enjoys and recognises the importance of nurturing strong and lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals. She does this by keeping in touch with clients even after their office fitout is complete, as well as by attending various events and expanding business opportunities for DYCA. Ally helps her clients design and fitout their offices and is involved in all aspects of the business, including Marketing, Sales, Administration, Human Resources, Operations and Project Management.

Natalia Demchenko

Interior Designer and Project Estimator

Natalia handles the interior design and estimating for our clients throughout Sydney. Once our project managers have visited the site, Natalia then drafts office floor plans, prepares finishes schedules, moodboards and other details for the project. Natalia also handles the estimating for the project including detailed costings of all trades and writing of client proposals.

Natalia is experienced in CAD interior design, boardroom design, space planning, office reception design, workplace design and coordinating fitouts with our team of suppliers and subcontractors.

Belinda is a passionate Interior Designer that specialises in Commercial Design, with a deep passion for transforming spaces. With her knowledge on Workplace Strategy, Belinda can guide Australian companies through refurbishment and relocations with a strategic approach. As a valuable member of the DY Design and Fitout team, Belinda plays an integral role in a collaborative unit. Embracing a holistic design philosophy, she actively involves clients, team members and a diverse range of specialist consultants. Together, they perform their expertise to craft tailored workplace solutions that meet the unique needs of every client.

Belinda guides our national and multinational clients with patience through the entire design process. From concept design to 3D rendering, her expertise spans from spatial planning, digital colour boards, mood boards, material and furniture selections and 3D walkthroughs. Belinda’s proficiency extends to the practical aspects, including construction documentation for builders and council approval, and the preparation of design proposals.

Max is a professional Senior Interior Designer with over 15 years in planning, designing and implementing of customised projects. Max specialises in commercial, healthcare, retail and hospitality interior design. Max has demonstrated the ability to meet clients’ needs including budgeting, project functionality, safety, and environmental friendliness. He is a highly motivated individual with a passion for Interior Design and Interior Architecture. With excellent attention to detail, great teamwork, renowned for excellent managerial skills and strong organisation tools.

John Frawley

John Frawley

Business Development Manager (BDM)

John has had a long career servicing the office fit out needs of both small companies and multi-national corporations in Sydney. He has extensive experience in commercial design and construct of office fit out projects ranging from 100m2 to 3000m2. John builds strong long term relationships with clients who regularly call back for repeat business.

John started his career as a surveyor in London with a large construction company, later working as a carpenter, he gained experience of different construction methods by working in England, Germany, Holland, Belgium and Australia, on commercial, domestic, industrial, medical and educational projects.

In 1993 John founded Action Commercial Interiors together with his wife Nia. ACI offered complete office fit out services direct to corporates in Sydney, many were national and multi-national companies such as Brambles, DHL, DB Schenker, Selleys Chemicals, Mission Australia, Waterford Wedgewood, Hitachi Power Tools, Fuji Film, Konami Australia, Hills Industries, Electrolux, Sinopec, Reckon, Reckitt Benckiser, Hunter Douglas, etc etc. Projects were successfully managed on a design and construct basis, from concept through to completion including all interior design and project management services.

In 2017 John joined DY Constructions Australia to service the office fit out and refurbishment needs of companies throughout Sydney, supplying all fixtures and fittings, and including full management of the project.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

David has a background in customer service and has excellent communication and organisational skills. David manages all administration procedures including client liaison, sales support, programming of installations, invoicing clients. David loves helping clients with all aspects of the design and fit out process, including meeting with clients at their office, discussing their fitout needs, CAD design, estimating projects, creating the fitout proposal, and after sales service for our many national and multinational clients. David brings experience cultivated in the insurance and banking sector, and is adept in Quality Assurance, ensuring precision and excellence in every stage of a fitout project. David engages with clients and team members to foster successful collaboration during office fitout and refurbishment projects.

 

Serge S

Site Manager

Serge is an experienced Site Manager and is responsible for the supervision, management and on site coordination of office fitout and refurbishment projects throughout DY Constructions Australia’s work sites. Serge manages all site activities, including the delivery of materials and equipment to the site, communication with project managers and clients, WHS site safety implementation, setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings, supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors, quality control, attending regular site meetings and providing progress reports to project managers, coordination with building managers, and ensuring the project is completed on time, to a high degree of quality, and to the satisfaction of the client.
