Office Stripout and Refurbishment works for a multi national company.
Project Type: The refurbishment works included removal of plasterboard partitioning, workstations, furniture and joinery, new plasterboard partitioning to build a new server room in the new tenancy space they were moving into. Works also included insulation, anti static floor vinyl, re carpeting and repainting, relocating workstations to suit their new layout and new carpet tiles for the tenancy make good.
Project Brief: The client was a national company, requiring stripout and make good works, to hand back part of their office space in a corporate office building.
Project Result: This client has since engaged DY Constructions Australia three times for further works including reconfiguring workstations to suit their staffing needs and electrical works.

This spectacular new interior fit-out for the multi national payroll services company ADP Payroll, is in a modern commercial office building in Nexus Court, Mulgrave, Melbourne. The fit-out works of approximately 400m2 on the ground floor, included the installation of brand new glass office partitioning, aluminium framed hinged and sliding glass doors, custom made joinery, modern commercial grade carpet tiles and the relocation of existing workstations, and furniture to create a fresh, modern and comfortable office workspace.
The level 2 works included a Stripout and Makegood of approximately 800m2, including removal of existing partitions, make good to existing ceilings and walls, new carpet and paint throughout, with all essential services retrofitted to suit the open plan layout. The superb interior design was by the innovative DY in-house team, managed by Dmitri Kolontaevskii.

Office Stripout, Make Good & Retrofit works to comply with clients end of lease obligations.
Project Type: The works included to dismantle and remove existing partition, make good to set plaster ceilings and cornice after removal of partitions, repair and make good works to existing walls, painting of existing internal walls, plumbing works to repair the existing toilet pump system, and servicing of the air conditioning system. Project Brief: The client was relocating and required a stripout and make good after demolition of partitions in their existing office.
Project Brief: The client requested for alterations to their existing fit-out to accommodate staff in a better organised way, including new privacy screens for workstations.
Project Result: The client also engaged DY Constructions Australia for the design and fit out of their new office in Blacktown.

Full floor Office Refurbishment works for the building’s landlord, in multi storey building in Mascot Sydney.
Project Type: The works included removal of existing broadloom carpet and floor vinyl and replacement with commercial carpet tiles, replacement of damaged ceiling tiles and light diffusers and make good works to ducted skirtings.
Project Brief: This client is the Landlord of our existing client ADP Payroll, and made contact after inspecting the works we completed for their tenant. The client required refurbishment works of another floor of the building, to make ready to lease the premises to a new tenant.
Project Result: This client has since further engaged DY Constructions Australia for refurbishment of the building’s lobby areas, including re carpeting of the building’s lifts.

Project Type: Complete office strip out and make good project of two floors in Frenchs Forest with a conversion of the ground floor to a high clearance warehouse/factory to allow forklift access.
Project Brief: DY Constructions were engaged by the landlords to perform a complete stripout and make good of two floors within a tight deadline which included demolition of partitioning, demolition of two server rooms, removal of furniture, make good to carpets and ceilings, demolition of suspended ceiling, complete internal re-painting and electrical works. As part of the works, we altered the essential services on the ground floor to allow high clearance forklift access and to increase the natural light to the floor.
Project Result: We completed the project on time, within budget and to a high quality which allowed the landlord to offer the property to a larger range of prospective clients. The client was very happy with the works completed and was impressed by our ability to complete the project within the required timeframe.
