Project overview
Multi-stage office and warehouse upgrades delivered for Tesuco, including insulation, partitioning, and concrete floor sealing across various internal areas.
Client Brief
Tesuco engaged DY Constructions Australia to complete a staged office refurbishment across two floors of their Sydney premises. The client sought to modernise their workspace by creating new enclosed offices, improving the reception area, and upgrading key amenities including kitchen joinery and data cabling. DY was responsible for the full delivery of these works, including internal wall modifications, glazing, electrical and lighting upgrades, and access control systems.
Challenges
Given the live office environment, works had to be completed in stages to minimise disruption to staff. Tight spatial layouts also required careful planning to ensure the new rooms complied with accessibility standards while maintaining functionality.
The Solution
DY coordinated each stage of the project with minimal impact to the client’s operations, implementing temporary protections where necessary. Detailed site measurements and close liaison with the client ensured all spatial arrangements were practical and compliant. Any layout adjustments were resolved proactively during construction.
The Result
The project was delivered on time and on budget, resulting in a refreshed and functional office environment. Tesuco’s updated reception area and new internal spaces now support improved workflow and staff experience. The client expressed satisfaction with the quality and efficiency of the works completed.
