Client Brief
Brand Machine Group engaged DY Constructions Australia to design, supply and install a modern office and retail-style display fitout across their premises in Surry Hills. The client required a functional yet visually impressive solution that included custom workstations, meeting tables, retail shelving units, freestanding gondolas, and specialised display racks to showcase their apparel lines. Electrical works and full project management were also requested as part of the brief, ensuring a turnkey solution tailored to both workspace operations and product presentation.
Challenges
While the project was straightforward in scope, its city location presented logistical challenges including restricted parking access, material handling via lifts, and coordinating multiple trade deliveries within tight timeframes. Additionally, precise layout execution was critical to ensure that shelving, branding elements, and workstations aligned with the intended functionality and visual merchandising goals.
The Solution

Floor protection, waste management and WHS compliance were managed from the outset.
