Client Brief
Metricon Homes engaged DY Constructions Australia to deliver a series of minor office upgrades at their Bella Vista head office across several years. These projects included the construction of full-height partitions, glazed doors, joinery installations, and acoustic upgrades to support evolving team structures and workspace needs. Each stage was scoped to improve layout functionality, staff comfort, and workflow efficiency while aligning with the client’s operational goals and brand presentation.
Challenges
Given the occupied nature of the office, all works had to be carefully scheduled to minimise disruption to staff and daily operations. Some scope items, such as matching new doors and finishes to the existing fitout, required sourcing consistent materials and coordinating closely with building management. Additionally, access and staging for works—particularly where acoustic insulation or glass elements were involved—required tight coordination across trades within active office hours.
