Refurbishment and Office Upgrade for Healthcare Supplier Piksters, Featuring New Partitioned Offices, Boardroom AV Prep, and Coordinated Services Integration at Frenchs Forest HQ.
Client Brief
Piksters (Erskine Oral Care) engaged DY Constructions Australia to carry out a small-scale office refurbishment at their Frenchs Forest premises. The client required new office partitioning, feature finishes, and reconfiguration of the existing layout to better suit future workspace needs. The works also included minor acoustic upgrades and compliance considerations, all delivered with minimal disruption to the occupied environment.
Challenges
While the project was not complex, works had to be carried out in a live operational setting, requiring dust control and protection of existing finishes. Coordination of access, deliveries, and sequencing also required attention to avoid disruption to the client’s team.
The Solution
DY implemented containment barriers, used floor and lift protection, and staged deliveries to limit impact. Our team coordinated efficiently with building management and the client to ensure the works progressed smoothly and safely.
The Result
The project was completed on time and to scope, providing the client with a refreshed and functional workplace aligned with their operational needs. The client was pleased with the final result and the care taken during construction in the live environment.
