Our client Neolith approached DY Constructions Australia with an enquiry to fitout their office and warehouse spaces in Sydney. The fitout scope included to remove existing partitions and walls, flooring, wall and splashback tiling, and repair and make good works. New office partitioning in warehouse and main office area, painting works and new glass doors for boardroom and 2 offices. New suspended grid ceilings in bathrooms, moisture resistant plasterboard linings and wall and floor tiling, as well as various furnishings in bathrooms. Custom privacy film with logo in boardroom, floor prep and installation of new carpet tiles. Supply and installation of office furniture and workstations and required cabling, electrical works, and air conditioning.
