DY Constructions Australia was involved in the minor fitout works in Elizabeth Bay.
Project Type: The works included to supply and install full height plasterboard and full height glass partitioning with two aluminium framed sliding glass doors with safety film to new glass partitioning, painting of new partitioning to best match the existing colour scheme.
Project Brief: We worked with the client to gain an understanding of their needs of the space prior to being able to access the property to be ready to start following settlement of the purchase.
Project Result: The fitout works were completed on time and within budget.

Project Type: The works included new office partitioning including full height plasterboard and full height glass partitioning together with two (2) new doors, painting of new partitions and painting of the reception feature wall and also privacy film with company logo.

Office Refurbishment works, including custom workstation privacy screens for multi national company in North Sydney.
Project Type: The works included to relocate existing workstations, furniture and printer to suit the new layout, and supply and installation of new workstation screens in 1200mm high plasterboard. The new plasterboard screens provided privacy for office staff, and enclosed the electrical and data cabling in the cavity of the screens. Also included was painting of new partitions, and privacy film to new glass partition.
Project Brief: The client requested for alterations to their existing fitout to accommodate staff in a better organised way, including new privacy screens for workstations.
Project Result: As this was an occupied office, some of the works were completed outside normal business hours, so as not to inconvenience office staff.

Project Type: The works included repair and make good works to existing walls, acoustic insulation over existing ceiling, painting of existing walls and door, privacy film, supply and installation of new carpet tiles, signage and new custom made office furniture and reception desk.
Project Brief: The client required a new executive briefing centre, with wall to wall video screens to create a visualisation centre to play curated videos, which explain the futuristic concepts of delivering services in the security industry.
Project Result: The client has since engaged DY Constructions Australia for interior design services to one of their other facilities in Sydney.
