Dmitri has over 20 years experience in commercial, industrial and domestic construction in Sydney. Dmitri has a Certificate 4 in building and construction, and also has carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating licenses.
Dmitri has been working in the office fitout industry for many years, and started his own company in 2003 doing all types of building and construction works, including insurance repairs, make good works, office building refurbishments, tenancy makegoods, office stripouts and retrofits, base building refurbs and building maintenance. In 2016 Dmitri launched the fitout division of DY Construction, which helps companies who have offices in Sydney with all their office fitout and refurbishment needs. Dmitri has a proven track record of delivering fitout projects on time and within budget, and to a high level of quality.

Business Development Manager (BDM)
John has had a long career servicing the office fit-out needs of both small companies and multi-national corporations in Sydney. He has extensive experience in commercial design and construct office fitout projects ranging from 100m2 to 3000m2. John builds strong long term relationships with clients who regularly call back for repeat business.
John started his career as a surveyor in London with a large construction company, later working as a carpenter, he gained experience of different construction methods by working in England, Germany, Holland, Belgium and Australia, on commercial, domestic, industrial, medical and educational projects.
In 1993 John founded Action Commercial Interiors together with his wife Nia. A.C.I. offered complete office fitout services direct to corporates in Sydney, many were national and multi-national companies such as Brambles, DHL, DB Schenker, Selleys Chemicals, Mission Australia, Waterford Wedgewood, Hitachi Power Tools, Fuji Film, Konami Australia, Hills Industries, Electrolux, Sinopec, Reckon, Reckitt Benckiser, Hunter Douglas, etc etc. Projects were successfully managed on a design and construct basis, from concept through to completion including all interior design and project management services.
In 2017 John joined DY Constructions Australia Pty Ltd to service the office fitout and refurbishment needs of companies throughout sydney, supplying all fixtures and fittings, and including full management of the project.

Kathryn is an experienced Administration Manager, with a background in customer service.
With her excellent communication and organisational skills, Kath manages all the office operations of the company in Sydney, to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the fitout operations to function properly. Experienced in all administration procedures including client liaison, sales support, programming of installations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, she maintains a high level of customer satisfactions with all clients and takes a sincere interest in each client to ensure that each client is happy with the outcome of their fitout.

Jason is responsible for managing office fitout and refurbishment projects through the entire project cycle, from concept through to completion; managing and fostering client relationships, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget, while exceeding customer expectations, reducing exposure to risk and managing all facets of the project. Jason is involved in an oversees all aspects of the project including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, onsite WHS, engagement and coordination of related subcontractor and suppliers. From the initial site meeting through to final handover, Jason takes a personal interest in each client to ensure their expectations are met throughout the project.

Rupin is a project manager who helps our Sydney clients with all their Fitout needs including designing test fit layout plans, concept plans, full design packages, new office fitouts, refurbishments to existing offices, end of lease requirements including retrofits, makegoods and stripouts, installation of office partitions, supply of furniture and workstations, office moving and relocations. Rupin manages all aspects of the project for our clients, from concept to completion including liaising with clients, scheduling, estimating, on site WHS management and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.

Serge is experienced in the site supervision and coordination of commercial interior Fitout projects in Sydney throughout a variety of mediums inculding offices, healthcare, medical and industrial in both CBD buildings and commercial business parks. Surge is responsible for all site activities including coordination with building managers, facility managers and landlords, subcontractor supervision, quality management and Work Health & Safety management.
